It did not start out this way. In the beginning, 10 years ago, they had great customer service. But in the last few years, that has changed. Their customer service has become non existent. It has been very frustrating that they won't even answer a question about a program bug without paying the $99 fee. It's disheartening, because at this point I've invested too much in to it to change.
